This top-ranking and award-winning firm is seeking a Social Housing Solicitor 4-6 PQE to join their London office.
This is position is focused on the corporate, constitutional, regulatory and governance aspects of housing associations providing affordable housing.
With this being a senior position, you will be involved in training and supporting junior staff as well undertaking key business development initiatives.
There will also be opportunities to lead on exciting projects such as forming housing associations, mergers, group structures and reorganisations, providing training to boards of management, charity law advice and working with local authorities on large-scale initiatives.
The position comes with solid prospects for progression within the department.
Work will include providing advice on compliance with all charity laws and regulations relating to housing associations and helping organisations to register as social landlords as well as the projects mentioned above such as advising on the formation of housing associations.
