The Role
The progressive firm is seeking to hire an ambitious Residential Solicitor 3 PQE into their impressive London Offices
The Residential Property team deals with a high quality of work, which often includes high-value transactions. You will join a friendly, dynamic and busy team; this office has further growth planned.
You will deal with a broad residential conveyancing caseload which will include; Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, Re-mortgages, Transfers of equity and Lease extensions.
This role comes with excellent prospects for progression.
Requirements

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor 3 with experience in handling a varied residential conveyancing caseload - experience of HNW transactions is preferable but not essential (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience
• You will be ambitious and have firstclass communication skills, ensuring the highest quality Client service
