This Top 20 UK law firm seeks a Projects & Infrastructure Principal Associate 5 years PQE to join its Tier 2 ranked team in the City of London.
The position will focus on government and project development aspects of energy and infrastructure projects both domestically and internationally - particularly in Africa, Central Europe and in the United Arab Emirates.
The team undertakes a broad mix of work for government clients and sponsors/developers on all aspects of project development from procurement, through the project contract and construction and operation arrangements.
Experience with project agreements including some or all of PPP/PFI, PPAs, EPC contracts and O&M Agreements is key, and any experience with public procurements and government/nuclear sector is highly desirable.
As this is a senior position, you will be encouraged to engage in the team's business development activities, helping ensure further growth and playing a part in defining the department's future.
There will be the opportunity to supervise more junior colleagues while also closely supporting the partners in the team. This is a particularly attractive role for those seeking to go beyond the Senior Associate level with a clear track to Partnership.
