The Role

This Top 50 firm are looking for a Life Sciences Senior Associate to join them in their City of London office.

The Life Science department is award winning practice working with cutting edge businesses in Biotech, Pharmaceuticals, Meditech and AI. A large amount of the work is high value and complex international work.

You will work with Legal 500 ranked leading individuals within the field offering expert advice across a vast arrange of life science matters. This includes commercial agreements on research, collaboration, clinical trials etc; company and product acquisition and sales, IP litigation and patent; pharmacy acquisitions, joint ventures and business structuring, regulatory and competition matters.

This firm see the Life Sciences as well as Technology as key sector growth as such are looking to strengthen their department.

Requirements

• You will be a Life Sciences Solicitor with at least 5 PQE (There is no upper limit of PQE for this position)
• Worked on both domestic and international matters.
• Strong exposure to life sciences
• You will have a good technical knowledge.
• Salary is well above market rate and dependent on your level of experience, plus an industry leading benefits package.
