This practice seeks a 2 PQE Leasehold & Enfranchisement Associate to join their outstanding department.

The Leasehold enfranchisement team deals with an excellent quality of work. This includes; Collective enfranchisement, group statutory and voluntary lease extensions, issues facing property management and the right to manage.
Your caseload will be varied, and you will be working alongside highly-ranked Solicitors & Partners.
