This industry leading Law Firm are seeking an experienced Employment Solicitor to join their team.

The Role

The firm is seeking a commercially minded Employment Senior Associate 6 PQE to join this leading Legal500 ranked team in their City of London office.

This role comes with incredible progression, and ultimately the successful candidate will be offered a path to lead the Employment team. This is a small but growing team with a lot of potential.

Due to the nature of this role, there is flexibility on offer; meaning they are able to shape the role around your preference and your strengths. This firm is looking for an accomplished Solicitor with the right expertise and someone who is keen to play a key role in the team and firms' strategy, management, and development.

The department covers all areas of contentious and non-contentious employment, including:

  • Employment Disputes and Tribunals
  • Corporate support and HR advice
  • Business Restructuring
  • Discrimination
  • Unfair Dismissal and Disciplinaries
  • TUPE

The role comes with flexible/ agile working; they trust each individual to perform and will provide systems ensuring you can communicate effectively with your team.

Requirements

  • You will be an Employment Senior Associate with 5 PQE
  • Experience in managing and mentoring more junior colleagues is advantageous
  • You should have first-class communication, outstanding business development skills and an entrepreneurial flair
