The Role

• This Dispute Resolution department specialises in providing advice and assistance on matters across a plethora of Litigation issues, including contentious probate, debt claims, landlord and tenant disputes, and contentious commercial contracts.
• You will be working closely with the partners who lead the team, as well as further highly-regarded solicitors, presenting a great opportunity to gain exposure and progress within your career.
• You will manage an interesting caseload, be given the support and opportunities to progress, carry out business development, and be embraced by a team of Dispute Resolution Solicitors that are a step above the rest.

Requirements

• You will be a Litigation Solicitor, or Legal Executive, with 2-5 years PQE
• You will have enthusiasm for litigation matters.
• You will be able to be flexible in your approach and willing to undertake a range of tasks.
• You will have excellent communication skills
