The Role

Top 80 Law Firm are seeking a Corporate Solicitor of 1-6 PQE join their industry leading team.

The firm's corporate department manage a broad mix of experiences across a range of corporate transactional and advisory work including private and public M&A, VC and PE transactions and ECM work.

The role offers excellent exposure to working with a range of partners within the corporate team - this is advantageous to your development and as you look to become a partner yourself.

Due to the nature of the role, you will ideally have experience in Private and Public M&A, JV, shareholder agreements, restructuring and reorganisation, private equity and venture capital, ECM.
