An entrepreneurial Legal 500 law firm are in the market to hire a Senior Solicitor / Partner to take a leading role in their Corporate Commercial department, based out of their Central London office.

The Role

The firm are looking to hire a Senior Corporate & Commercial Solicitor or Partner. The role comes with some flexibility to work remotely, but will be based out their Central London office. You will also be required to visit their regional offices, which are based North East of London.

The Corporate and Commercial department are well known for their work, integrating high quality, a diverse client base with a modern approach and work life balance.

This role is Solicitor or Partner level and will involve working on a caseload of both corporate and commercial matters as well as working with the other Partners and management in the successful running of the firm.

You will be proactive in business development and able to prioritise your caseload, as well as leading others in the team. The department is Legal 500 tiered, attracting a varied and interesting client base ranging from start-ups to international corporations, of which you should be expected to build and maintain relationships.

Requirements:

• You will be an experienced Company Commercial Solicitor/Partner with over 7 years PQE (there is no upper limit with regards to PQE)
• You will have a good business development track record
• You will have excellent client care skills, with experience in introducing new business
