The Role

The Contentious Trusts and Probates team sit under the Litigation team. It is a small team of two Lawyers and a Partner, with most of the team being ACTAPS qualified. You will deal with an interesting and varied caseload including; Lack of capacity cases, Fraud and undue influence cases, Subsequent revocation, and Inheritance. You will deal with sometimes more complex assets and wealth. Over the years, the firm has built a particularly strong name in this area of law.

You will deal exclusively with a caseload of Contentious Trusts and Probates; it will be a quality caseload ranging across a wide variety of matters.
You will have between 1-5 years PQE in Contentious Trusts and Probates
