The Role:

This top-ranking and award-winning firm are seeking a Construction Solicitor NQ-2 PQE to join their London office.

You will have the opportunity to work alongside Legal 500 ranked Partners on high quality work. Joining the firm in "growth mode" means there will an abundant of progression opportunities and the firm's size enables it provide impressive training and support packages for its staff.

The ideal individual would have previous experience of working at a large firm with an established construction team.

You will mainly have experience of contentious construction law, with practical experience of the Pre-action Protocol for Construction and Engineering Disputes, TCC litigation, mediation, adjudication and ideally, arbitration.

Working knowledge of the standard forms of construction contracts is required, as is the experience of disputes relating to payment issues, change, defects, termination and professional negligence.
