The ideal individual would have previous experience of working at a large firm with an established construction team in a senior position.
You will mainly have experience of contentious construction law, with practical experience of the Pre-action Protocol for Construction and Engineering Disputes, TCC litigation, mediation, adjudication and ideally, arbitration.
Good working knowledge of the most popular standard forms of construction contracts is required, as is the experience of disputes relating to payment issues, change, defects, termination and professional negligence.
