The Role:

This Top 100 Legal 500 firm is seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Construction team in London, with flexibility for home working.

You will be joining a highly ranked Construction department - that is currently experiencing an exciting level of growth thanks to its continued success.

The team act as a real disruptor in the sector. In this role you will undertake a variety of domestic construction matters both on and offshore. You will gain access to a prestigious client list consisting of large corporate organisations, institutional investors, developers, high-net worth individuals and public sector institutions.

The work will consist of construction finance and contract drafting - particularly relating to JCT and NEC documents. The team also acts on development agreements and construction security documents.

The team is currently growing at a rapid pace, having attracted skilled solicitors from a number of top law firms. As a result you will benefit from some of the best quality work in the sector and gain insight from award-winning partners.

You will work as part of a team but will manage your own caseload and undertake a broad variety of work.

There are solid prospects for rapid progression to Senior Associate. As such you will gain the opportunity to supervise more junior colleagues and partake in the team's business development activities.

Requirements:

• 2 - 5 PQE England & Wales qualified Solicitor
• Broad understanding of non-contentious Construction law
• Strong academic background
