This Top 50 Legal 500 firm is seeking an Associate Solicitor to join their Construction team in London, with flexibility for home working.
You will be joining a flourishing Projects and Infrastrucure and Construction Department.
This role is open to those with both contentious OR non-contentious construction experience. You may choose to specialise in one area or another, or even a combination of the two.
The team act as a real disruptor in the sector and provide advice to property developers, investors, lenders, energy and utilities companies and large public sector organisations. Few firms wield such as impressive client list, including some of the most innovative sustainable energy companies.
The team is currently growing at a rapid pace, having attracted skilled solicitors from Norton Rose Fulbright, CMS, Pinsent Masons and Squire Patton Boggs, among others.
You will work on standard construciton contracts such as JCT and NEC and potentically FIDC and MF/1. You will advise on complex procuremnts and represent high-calibre clients in the Technology and Construction Court.
You will be provided with the opportunity to engage in business developemtn and will gain excellent client contact form the outset. This is a perfefct opportunity for either an NQ solicitor with a seat in Construction or an established construction solicitor to progress their career in the sector.
This will be a significantly hands-on, Construction Associate role at this entrepreneurial and dynamic firm in London.
