The Role

The firm is seeking a Commercial Associate 1-3 PQE to join the team in the firm's headquarters based in the City of London.

In this role, you will be a key member of the commercial team. The highly ranked department is well known for its experience in the sport, retail and TMT sectors. The client base is broad, including start-ups as well as major corporates such as Nike, Caffe Nero and Wagamama.

The roles will focus on matters relating to brands and digital services. You will work cooperatively with the broader Corporate / Commercial team as well as with sector specialists from across the business.

The work will provide excellent client contact with the opportunity to work directly alongside award-winning Partners recognised at the top of the Legal 500 and Chambers.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Associate 1-3 PQE

• Have strong technical knowledge of a wide variety of commercial contracting
• You will be effective at working in a team

• Salary is above market rate and negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus an excellent benefits package.
