The Role

The firm is seeking to recruit a NQ Real Estate Solicitor in the City of London.

To be successful in taking this role, you will need to have knowledge and experience of commercial sales and purchases, commercial landlord and tenant, and real estate financing.

Also, you will need to be able to handle all leasehold related issues, whether for a landlord or tenant, as well as having some knowledge of development and refinancing and mortgage-related work connected with property transactions; and support partners on multimillion-pound financing of a broad range of real estate transactions, including commercial, retail and mixed-use properties.

The work is challenging and stimulating.

Requirements:

• You will be a qualified UK Solicitor NQ PQE
• You will have gained a 2:1 in your degree.
• You will have very good A-Level results/ general academics.
• You will have worked for a recognised law firm.
