The Role

The firm is seeking to hire a new Real Estate Associate Solicitor for their City of London office.

You will work on a variety of Real Estate matters, including landlord and tenant matters, sales/acquisitions, investment portfolio acquisitions, estate management, commercial leases, property finance and development and support for corporate transactions.

You will act for a range of industries including higher and further education, housing development, hotel operations, student accommodation and care home development and technology, energy, retail and charity sectors.

• You will be an experienced Real Estate Solicitor with 1 to 3 years PQE
• You will receive excellent training and supervision
• You will have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Excellent technical knowledge
