The Role

The firm is growing rapidly and requires a Senior Commercial Litigation Solicitor to bolster their ranks. You will be based at the London office of this ambitious practice.

The Commercial Litigation department is currently thriving, but extremely busy. They deal with an exceptional quality of work for a client base which includes, businesses of varying sizes, but many well-known names. The caseload will be broad and will include; Contract disputes, Shareholder disputes, Insolvency, Mediation, Professional indemnity, Fraud, Licensing disputes and franchise disputes.

This role will place you working alongside the department Partner. You will run a high quality, varied caseload of contentious matters while supporting junior fee earners.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor 3 years PQE
• This is a friendly team that has a lovely culture; you will work well within a team and have excellent client skills
• You will have an excellent eye for detail
