The Role:

This Legal 500 Firm seeks a Commercial Litigation Partner 5 PQE to join its flourishing department in the City of London.

The Commercial Litigation department has quickly developed into one of the most important within the practice, and they cater to new and existing clients. This role will involve working alongside a highly experienced team, including both Chambers and Legal 500 directories. You will be given an excellent level of investment and guidance to further develop your knowledge and progress within the team.

Your caseload will involve defamation, privacy and related claims, film and publishing industry disputes, contractual disputes, company and partnership disputes, professional negligence, debt recovery and insolvency matters.

This is a busy and growing department that provides a fantastic opportunity to progress further in your career.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Litigation Partner with 5 relevant years PQE
• You will be a dynamic and personable individual
• You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
