The Role

The firm is seeking a Charity Solicitor (Associate) 4-6 PQE to join the team in the firm's headquarters based in the City of London.

You will advise a number of well-known charities, on a variety of regulatory, governance, commercial and corporate matters. You will also advise HNW individuals and corporate groups on their philanthropic actvities. Example of work you will undertake includes setting up charitable foundations as well as advising/negotiating collaborations and funding agreements.

This is a key position within the team and lends itself well to those seeking to progress their careers. Your work will lead to collaboration with members from across the firm as the practice offers a full service to charity clients; such as tax and succession planning as well as real estate and employment.
