The Role:

This prestigious, highly ranked Legal 500 law firm is seeking a Commercial IP & IT Solicitor with 2-5 years PQE to join at the Associate level.

You will be joining an outstanding team, within a firm recognised as one of the top 50 law firms in the UK. The workload will consist of a wide variety of general commercial law, IT and IP-related matters.

In this role you will assist the partners on high-profile non-contentious work such as drafting and amending commercial contracts as well as data protection documents. You will also provide advice to clients regarding UK GDPR compliance.

• England & Wales qualified solicitor with 2-5 years PQE
