The Team

• The Real Estate Finance team works collaboratively with the Real Estate, Tax, and Corporate Groups to pull together a strong offering to clients, who know they can rely on the team at all stages of the transaction. From term sheet and structuring stage, through closing, tranching, syndication and securitisation, administration, servicing, and, if required, restructuring.
• You will be Representing lenders, investors, and borrowers in complex structured finance transactions and all financing elements relating to the acquisition, sale, and development, classes of real estate including commercial, industrial, retail, hotel, residential, care facilities and student, including high profile sports finance deals.
• You will be expected to work alongside partners, assisting and building client relationships and taking a lead role to a Partner on complex and high-value transactions where the debt size would typically be in the range of £50-300m

Requirements

• You will be a Real Estate Finance Senior Associate, 7 years PQE, with experience dealing with lenders and borrowers on Real Estate financing matters.
• Good organisational skills.
• Enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
• Excellent client relationship skills and experience in business development.
