The Role

• The Property Damage Team advises some of the UK's largest insurers and their underwriters on all classes of claims.

• This role involves experience in policy coverage, property (first and third-party losses, including subrogated recoveries), public and products liability (ideally with a focus on construction-related claims)

• Experience in policy coverage will be vital and you must be capable of analysing and applying legal principles to a complex factual scenario, with a view to achieving a commercial resolution for our clients.

Requirements

• You will be an Insurance Disputes lawyer with 2-5 years PQE, looking to join a high-performing Property Casualty team.

• You will have excellent legal ability and initiative, strong technical skills as well as confidence in managing and prioritising a full and varied caseload.

• The ideal candidate will have experience working within a top practice.
