The Role

• The Private Wealth team provide advice on UK and international tax and estate planning, trusts and trust administration, landed estates and immigration.
• You will be working with UHNW individuals on a variety of private Wealth matters.
• This role involves complex estate planning for clients' assets both nationally and internationally; drafting wills and lifetime gifting documentation; advising of offshore trust structures; and the administration of estates, including inheritance tax reliefs and cross-border estates

Requirements

• England and Wales qualified Private Client solicitor with 3 years PQE
• Experience in international matters is desired
• Able communicator with a client focus
• Good work ethic and a commercial mindset
