An opportunity has arisen for a Pensions Senior Associate, 4-8 years' PQE, to advance their career at one of the most prestigious and innovative firms in their Tier 1 practice in the City of London.

The Role

  • The pensions team advises the full range of stakeholders including employers, insurers, trustees, government bodies, intermediaries and bidders and sellers on all aspects of pension law. Operating under the great arm of the Employment, Pensions, and Labour group under a 'one team' approach gives you access to their range of globally-recognised clients.
  • You will work on a plethora of matters related to Pensions and pension investments including public sector pensions, investment, insurance, international, employee benefits, master trusts and pensions litigation.
  • Their team believes in helping make pensions law and policy, not just waiting for things to change. They are often at the forefront of cutting-edge developments in the pensions industry, working with influential industry bodies like the CBI, the PLSA, Pensions Europe and the Hundred Group.
  • Recently the team won the "Twenty Years of Excellence" award from the FT Pension and Investment Provider Awards, was highly commended in the "Pensions Law Firm of the Year" award category and won the European Pension Lawyers of the year 2020. Requirements

  • You will be a Pensions Solicitor with 4-8 years PQE, with excellent technical knowledge.
  • The team operates with a client focus and responsive to clients is essential.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a large team environment is desired.
  • The firm looks for strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for the practice area.
