The Role

• The Insolvency team acts on both contentious and non-contentious matters, including those involving fraud, across a wide range of sectors, with many matters being cross-border in nature.
• Within this role your duties will be broad and will include advising on administrations and CVAs; both formal and informal procedures including; all forms of receivership and liquidation; Insolvency Act claims; trading claims and fraud; directors' duties; solvent and insolvent restructurings.

Requirements

• You will be an Insolvency lawyer with 1 years PQE
• You will have excellent legal ability and initiative, strong technical skills as well as confidence in managing and prioritising a full and varied caseload.
• Experience or a willingness to Build business relationships: establishing, maintaining and using relationships to create and develop business opportunities
