This Top 10 Law Firm is looking for an Infrastructure M&A Transactions Senior Associate, 4-8 years PQE, to join them within their Top-tier City of London practice.

The Role

  • The Infrastructure M&A team works for some of the world's most high profile and active investors in infrastructure assets throughout the investment cycle and across the range of sub-sectors.
  • Youwill work closely with partners leading transaction teams in the execution of transactions involving some of the most important infrastructure assets in Europe and around the world.
  • Sub-sectors covered range from mid-stream fuels, power and renewables, and transport to digital infrastructure, waste and water, and social infrastructure.
  • Transaction types include buy-out (control) transactions, minority stake consortium investments, bolt-ons, carve outs, restructurings and recapitalisations, and exits.

Requirements

  • You will be a Infrastructure Investments Transactions Senior Associate, 4-8 years PQE
  • Good organisational skills.
  • Enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
  • Excellent client relationship skills and experience in business development.
