The Role

• You will be operating under the larger global debt capital markets team, which offers expert advice on a full range of debt capital markets, structured finance transactions, and derivatives. Within this role, you will be focussing on Derivatives and Structured Products.
• Your role will include the establishment and updating of on and off balance sheet structured products programs, securitised and OTC derivatives, hedging arrangements as part of structured finance transactions, structured repo and securities lending arrangements, repackaging, and regulatory advice connected with the above.

Requirements

• You will be an arbitration Lawyer, 2-4 years PQE, with experience dealing with international arbitration matters preferable.
• Good organisational skills.
• Enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
• Excellent client relationship skills and experience in business development.
