This Top 50 firm are looking for a Corporate Finance Associate with 2-5 years PQE with a City background and experience in a broad range of high-level work.

The Role:

This firm act for listed and private companies, institutions and individuals on a diverse and mix of matters. The Corporate Finance team advises across a broad practice area, including Mergers & Acquisitions (both public and Private), Equity Capital Markets, Joint Ventures, Private Equity and venture capital investments and corporate reorganisations.

You will sit within the Corporate Finance where all associates are encouraged to work with a wide range of partners broadening their experience and expertise. This will allow you to gain the highest quality of matters within Corporate Finance allowing you to have a greater understanding and exposure.

  • Qualified lawyer with 2-5 years PQE at a major law firm in private practice
  • An adaptable person, experience dealing with a broad range of corporate finance matters
  • Exposure to international matters preferred but not essential
  • A team-player who can work effectively with colleagues at all levels
  • Must have strong academics and be commercially minded
