The Role

• The Commercial team provides leading business solutions to clients, ranging from high-growth start-ups to multinationals and has a strong reputation with large global clients requiring sophisticated cross-jurisdictional advice.
• They cover the entire spectrum of commercial activity, particularly focusing on the areas of IT, IP, outsourcing and data protection.
• Within this role you will be working on a range of commercial matters and dealing with commercial contracts focussing on the retail, life sciences & healthcare, financial services, and TMT sectors.

Requirements

• You will be a Commercial Lawyer, 2 years PQE
• Good organisational skills.
• Enthusiasm for intellectually challenging work.
• Excellent client relationship skills and experience in business development.
