This Top 100 firm is seeking a Commercial Litigation Solicitor ( 1-3 PQE ) to join their team in London.
Both Chambers and Legal 500 directories rank this firm and this department. They provide legal advice to clients across a wide spectrum of commercial, property and housing disputes across various sectors, including utility companies, local and national government, education and private companies large and small.
Specifically, this role involves working across several areas of expertise, supporting partners with high-value cases across multiple disciplines. You can expect to work as part of a team in complex cases and with autonomy and responsibility both as part of that team and with their own workload of multi-track cases.
The caseload will include contract and tortious disputes, intellectual property and information technology disputes, insolvency, professional negligence, and defamation claims.
Experience and/or interest in the areas of intellectual property litigation, pensions litigation, insolvency or professional negligence will be of interest but is not essential.
