The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a Structured Finance Senior Associate (4 PQE) to join this Top 20 law firms City of London office and be part of an award-winning Firm.

The department advise a broad range of Funders and Borrowers on a wide variety of Financing Transactions for UK Clearing Banks, a number of European and Global Investment Banks, Independents financiers and investment Funds.

The department acts on all types of facilities from acquisition finance, leveraged finance, real estate finance, asset finance, securitisations and debt capital markets.

You will be:

• You will be working on a broad range of structured finance, particularly securitisation, receivables financing and debt capital markets.
• General banking matters
• Be working closely with the Head of Structured finance practice on both transactions and developing the practice.

The Requirements

• You will be a Structured Finance Lawyer with 4 years PQE
• You will have experience working in an international Private practice/ Institution / Bank
• You will have strong communication skills
• You will have experience within Securitisation
