Due to an increase in workflow, this firm seeks a Property Litigation Solicitor with 3-8 PQE to join their growing Central London outfit.
This practice has a significant presence within Property Litigation, as previously mentioned they are members of the LSLA, however, they have received the much-coveted Law Society Lexcel accreditation for the high standards of its legal practice.
The Property Litigation department deals with an excellent quality of work, including but not limited to Leasehold Enfranchisement, Lease Extensions, Contract disputes, breach of Contract claims, Sales and Purchases, and the handling of more complex matters across the UK and internationally.
You will deal with a manageable caseload, and will also be asked to assist on complex and large matters alongside the senior management. The team is always provided with an experienced and support network.
