This practice seeks an NQ Leasehold & Enfranchisement Solicitor to join its growing City office.

The Leasehold enfranchisement team deals with an excellent quality of work. This includes; Collective enfranchisement, group statutory and voluntary lease extensions, issues facing property management and the right to manage.

Your caseload will be varied, and you will be working alongside highly-ranked Solicitors & Partners.

Requirements & Salary

• You will be a Leasehold Enfranchisement Lawyer NQ relevant years PQE
• You will be a dynamic and personable individual
• You will have strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
• Need to have experience in dealing with both Freehold & Leasehold
