The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and experienced Commercial Litigation departments based in the City of London.

In this position, you will be working directly alongside one of the most well-respected Commercial Litigation Partners in London, managing your own caseload.

You will be undertaking caseloads consisting of; breach of contract, director and shareholder disputes, partnership disputes, debt recovery, enforcement of restrictive covenants, supplier and distribution disputes, civil fraud claims, trade mark infringement, copyright infringement, breach of confidentiality, passing off claims & reputation management.
