The Role

This Top 100 UK law firm is seeking a 3-7 PQE Commercial Litigation Solicitor in the City of London (with hybrid working)

You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor, joining an established, successful team with a department headed up by expert Partners where you will deal with great work.

The role will comprise a mixture of general commercial litigation work, including:

• commercial contract disputes
• insolvency disputes
• professional negligence claims
• regulatory
• criminal / inquest / inquiry
• insurance disputes
• white-collar fraud both civil and criminal.

An important part of the role is providing direct support and assistance to Partners in the team and helping with the management and development of more junior fee earners.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 3-7 years PQE
• High Court experience is essential
• Able to manage and run your own files
• A strong academic background
