The Role

This is a unique opportunity for a Private Client Disputes / Contentious Wills, Trusts & Estates Solicitor to join a growing Top 100 firm based in the City of London.

This firm boast a very successful contentious probate team spanning their several offices. They have a very strong reputation for dealing with HNW / UHNW private client work, coupled with housing a strong bench of litigators across the board.

They are ranked highly in the L500 for their work in the Contested Probate space. They have a fantastic client base offering their fee-earners a broad diet of work. This predominately includes charities, HNW individuals, banks, corporations and much more.

In this role you will be managing your own caseload with support from the wider team.

Requirements:

• You will be 0-3 years PQE
• The ideal candidate will have specialised in contentious wills, trusts and estates or will have considerable experience of managing a mixed case load of litigated files.
• ACTAPS and/or STEP qualifications are desirable, but not essential.
• Passion for what you do, welcoming ongoing career development opportunities and continuous accreditation and academics, being fully supported.
