Opportunity for an Agricultural Solicitor with 2 years PQE to join a well-known practice and learn from some of the best and most experienced in the industry. The Partner heading up the non contentious Agriculture team is incredibly well regarded; highly ranked as an individual for this area.

The firm as a whole is a well known Legal 500 ranked practice and has experienced significant organic growth in recent years; they now have several offices in London and the South of England and are growing.

The Role

The firm is seeking to appoint an Agricultural Solicitor 2 years PQE into their busy City of London office.

  • You will be an Agriculture Property Solicitor with 2 years PQE
  • Demonstrable interest in expanding your career with the agriculture industry
  • Excellent communication skills for business development

You will be joining a highly experienced and industry-renowned agriculture team that has been providing specialist legal services to farming and rural affairs clients. They have strong links across the whole agricultural sector and sit on multiple industry panels and associations.

Requirements:

You should already have exposure to a range of transactional agriculture work including landlord and tenant, developments and acquisitions and disposals.

You will ideally already have gained exposure to various non-contentious areas of agricultural law perhaps including, but not limited to, the sale and purchase of agricultural property and land, renewables, and strategic land developments.

The kind of clients you will have been working with to date should include some or all these - landowners, farmers, rural businesses and estates amongst others.

Alternatively, you might have a property background but a keen interest to work within the agriculture sector.
