The Role

This Top 40 UK law firm is seeking a Senior Commercial Solicitor to join its Tier 2 Legal 500 ranked team, based in the City of London.

Joining the Commercial team at the Senior Associate level, you will be an integral member of this celebrated department.

The team work on an exciting caseload of high-value matters with both UK and internationally based clients. You will be encouraged to engage in client contact from the off-set while contributing to the department's marketing initiatives.

The department works on an exciting caseload consisting of non-contentious matters relating to technology, digital issues and brands. The work will contain both a national and an international flavour.

You will also work on a cross-departmental basis on work such as data breaches, cyber issues or other contentious issues where the Commercial Litigation team requires advice from a transactional perspective.

This role is unique as it comes with a defined path to partnership - with the ideal candidate being ready for promotion after a period of 2 years.

As a senior member of the team, you will focus on developing your own practice while simultaneously providing oversight and mentorship for your more junior colleagues.

Requirements:

• Solicitor qualified in England & Wales 6 years PQE
• Experience in commercial contracts is essential
