We are working with the innovative firm of choice for UK lawyers seeking something different.

They operate from London, with a base in the South West as well. However, you can work flexibly from home/from one of their offices when you require, either to service clients or to collaborate with other lawyers at the firm.

This firm offers a unique and refreshing opportunity for you to take control of your career, gaining autonomy and flexibility while not compromising either the quality of your practice or the credibility of your CV. Moreover, most lawyers joining the firm will increase their earnings from the level received in a traditional/City private practice or in-house role.

This firm's lawyers have a background in the top tier of City and regional private practice law firms.

This firm is seeking Real Estate Partners with 5 PQE looking for something different.

The firm covers all major commercial practice areas, and its client list includes many household names as well as new early-stage businesses (notably in the tech and media sectors).

The firm competes against and regularly acts opposite Top 50 and US practices, and in this respect considers itself to be unique among UK firms structured along non-traditional lines.

Given this is a fee split model it's a benefit to have clients to bring, however, if you're an expert business developer with a proven track record, this may be enough as they house many expert lawyers who could support you, passing work over.

This shows the strength of the firm's lawyers and the cohesion of its team and culture. Those that have come without a significant client base have been able to build a practice within a few months. These include senior associates and in-house counsel as well as those who are already Partners.

The firm's priority is the calibre and character of the individual rather than the promise of fees - good lawyers flourish at the firm through a combination of using the firm's marketing, teamwork and internal referrals as well as personal brand and marketing/business development.
