The role is to be based in the heart of the City of London; however, they have a network of offices throughout Europe and the Middle East. The firm is known globally for their extensive network of ultra HNW individuals and privately and publicly owned businesses. The practice is multi-service, but they are particularly well-known for their wealth management services and offer a refreshing alternative to the larger, more conventional business law firms.

The role

The firm is seeking to recruit a Real Estate Disputes Associate into their City of London office.

The team is one of the largest Real Estate Disputes groups in the UK and acts for a variety of clients. This client list includes well-known corporates and high net worth individuals, based both domestically and internationally. The team sources its own work and clients but also works closely with other parts of the firm, in particular the Real Estate and Private Property teams. The department has an extensive network of clients, contacts and intermediaries nationwide.

You will deal with an excellent quality of work; the varied nature of the caseload will make for a more interesting role.

  • You will be a Real Estate Disputes Solicitor with between 3-5 years PQE
  • You will have good technical knowledge
  • Excellent communication skills are essential
  • Salary is very competitive, and above market rate, you will also receive an industry-leading benefits package
