The Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a Commercial Property Associate 3-5 years of PQE with experience in the Energy sector.

The team has a diverse client base in the UK (London) and Internationally. From innovative and entrepreneurial businesses to individuals and charities. They have deep experience in energy, development and life sciences/biotech sectors.

Their high-end work in these sectors regularly pits them against major regional, London and US firms when dealing with investment acquisitions and corporate-structured property disposals.

The role is not specific to just one area of work - the firm is looking for a candidate with substantial experience in energy and development transactions.

This is an area where the firm is highly regarded, so this is a great chance to further your career specialism as part of a respected team in this sector.

The team have been working consistently in this area for many years, on large-scale deals of all types (particularly in solar and battery).

Otherwise, they operate in the following areas - Energy Leasing, Resi/Commercial Development Transactions, Strategic Land Transactions, Property Led Business Sales, Commercial Landlord & Tenant matters, Secured Lending, Sales/Purchases of Commercial Property, and Property Management.

Requirements:

  • England & Wales qualified solicitor 3-5 years PQE
  • Substantial energy and development experience as a real estate solicitor
