The Role

This Top 100 UK law firm is seeking a Solicitor with experience in property litigation to join its London office at the Associate Level.

This role will comprise a mixture of housing and leasehold management and property litigation.

The caseload will consist of injunctions, possession claims, disrepair and service charge claims and cases before the First Tier Tribunal.

In addition there will be the opportunity to engage in non-contentious matters such as policy advice.

Requirements

• England & Wales qualified solicitor with 1-5 years PQE
• Experience in either property litigation, housing or leasehold matters
• Comfortable with client contact
• Able to independently run own caseload
