The Role:

This is a stand out opportunity for a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE based in Westminster, London.

The firm is looking for a senior solicitor to be the go-to individual for Leasehold Enfranchisement matters. This means progression is readily available for the right candidate and this role could be a Head of Department opportunity for the right candidate.

You will have demonstrated experience in this particular specialism as you will be taking on an existing caseload of clients.

Your caseload will consist of lease extensions, rights to manage and enfranchisement. You will be advising clients on the Leasehold Reform Act, the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002, The Leasehold Reform Housing and Urban Development Act 1993, the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 and the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987.

The Requirements:

  • You will be a Leasehold Enfranchisement Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE (no upper limit to PQE)
  • You will have a pragmatic approach to your work
