Employment Partner: You will be of an award winning team, nationally recognised for a number of areas including Employment. You will work with leading individuals implementing the firms strategy in their flagship London office.

The team consists of leading individuals and is supported by the wider Pensions, Employee Awards and Health and Safety teams.

The Role

This Top 50 firm are looking for a Employment Partner to join them in their Legal 500 ranked and Chambers ranked department within their City of London office.

The Employment department have won numerous awards Nationally and operates in the Top Legal 500 tiers up and down the country. You will be working with industry leading, Hall of Famers and Legal 500 & Chambers & Partners ranked lawyers.

The firm's highly rated employment team handles a wide range of excellent quality contentious and non-contentious work including advisory work on HR issues, disputes related work in the tribunal and courts, drafting employment documentation, employee relations and transaction/outsourcing work. The team's workload is increasingly top end, complex, premium work and accordingly we are working to strengthen our capacity at that level.

You will closely with the Pensions, Health & Safety and Employee rewards teams helping to implement the firms strategy.

Equity is available for the right level of candidate or a clear route to progress to this. Due to growth, if you are a Junior/senior partner looking to move with other's in your team then this is more than welcomed.

The Requirements

  • You will be a Employment Partner with at least 7 years PQE (There is no upper limit for the level of PQE)
  • You will be currently working within a Top National firm or City firm.
  • Worked within a respectable Employment group.
  • Exposure to a broad range of Employment matters.
  • Experience in either contentious or Non-Contentious, due to national growth you can be focused on both/either.
