The Role

The firm has an exciting new vacancy for an Ecclesiastical Commercial Property Solicitor 3 PQE to join their modern City of London office.

You will work as part of a Nationally regarded department and will find you will obtain excellent exposure both high-quality work and clients. You will deal with a broad range of work, which will make for a much more interesting role.
Your role will consist of providing to the legal needs of 8 Church of England Dioceses and many other charitable clients. You will undertake a variety of high-quality property transactions, including charity property disposals and acquisitions, commercial leases and development projects.

This role comes with good prospects for career progression.

Requirements:

  • You will be a Commercial Property Lawyer with at least 3 years PQE
  • You will have a strong understanding of the Church of England
  • You will be committed to working with Charity clients and developing relationships in that sphere
  • It is essential that you have strong communication skills and the ability to build solid client relationships.
  • Salary is negotiable depending plus an exceptional benefits package.
