The Role:

Due to increased workflow, this firm seeks a Dispute Resolution Solicitor 3-5 PQE to join their Dispute Resolution team, working closely with the partners within the department.

The team is home to 11 Partners, 4 Senior Associates and 6 Associates, 1 Trainee and 1 Paralegal. Together, they offer a full range of litigation services, including commercial disputes, contentious trust and probate matters, intellectual property issues, insolvency, asset/debt recovery, etc.

The firm has a practice in niche areas such as sports, education, entertainment, and other dispute areas; their expertise has a considerable depth.

The department has quickly developed into one of the most important within the practice, and they cater to new and existing clients.

This role will involve working alongside a highly experienced team. You will be given an excellent level of investment and guidance to further develop your knowledge and progress within the team.

Requirements

• You will be a Dispute Resolution Solicitor with 3-5 PQE
• You must have a broad range of litigation experience, emphasising commercial litigation and financial services disputes.
• Experience in regulatory investigations and related litigation
• You will have a broad experience of disputes across all business areas, working for both private and commercial clients. In particular, you will have experience with contractual and tortious claims and, ideally, have knowledge/experience in the financial markets.
• Strong academics
