The corporate tax team is based in London as well as Birmingham and Solent. The group work across Tax implications within Corporate (PE, M&A, structuring & re-organisations, debt restructuring and demerger); Real Estate (Stamp taxes, VAT, Capital Allowances, Direct Taxes); Venture Capital/EIS tax implications; Employee incentives.
The team has seen substantial growth growing from 4 fee earners to over 14 nationally from qualified solicitors to CTA's. The practice as a whole stands evenly weighted between supporting the Corporate, Real Estate and Employment groups to a stand alone practice.
