The Role

This Top 200 law firm is seeking to recruit a Construction Partner to join its team based in the City of London.

In this role you will be joining at tight-knit and professional team based in London's vibrant West End. The team assists clients on both contentious and non-contentious construction matters, so candidates with experience of either (or both) are encouraged to apply - though with a preference to contentious matters.

The position offers an exciting opportunity to make a real impact on the department. You will play a central role in the team's business development initiatives, paving the way for continued growth and further developmental opportunities.

As a partner, you will also provide the necessary level of supervision to more junior colleagues.
There is an impressive level of training offered by the firm and solid exposure to a number of top networking events.

The work will encompass a number of matters, from litigation on construction disputes, contractor and sub-contractor disputes and work with funders. The team also assists on issues relating to negligence on the behalf of architects and surveyors. Experience in construction documentation, arbitration and security for lenders is also desired.
