The Role

This Top 50 Legal 500 firm is seeking an 1 year PQE Associate to join their Construction team based in the City of London.

You will be joining a flourishing Projects and Infrastructure and Construction Department.

This role is open to those with non-contentious construction experience. You will work on a number of construction contracts form JCT and NEC to FIDIC and MF/1.

The team seeks a solicitor with solid construction experience, ideally in the clean energy sector or broader energy and infrastructure markets. Knowledge of other project documents is not essential but would be a benefit.

You'll have opportunities to work for high-calibre clients on clean energy projects at the leading edge of the market.
Alongside excellent client-contact, you will also benefit from the opportunity to assist senior colleagues on exciting business development initiatives. This will provide you with the skills to develop your own practice and progress your career.

This is an ideal position for a junior construction lawyer seeking to springboard their career in a Top 50 UK law firm.

Requirements:

  • 1-4 PQE England & Wales qualified Solicitor
  • Non-contentious construction experience
  • Knowledge of the energy sector is beneficial
  • Strong academic background
